Friends:
It is with deep sadness and sympathy that I send this email to you of the passing of Bill Carter yesterday(November 6, 2023) as a result of a stroke he had on Sunday. Bill was a member of Gyro for 37 active years. He was a Past President of our club, official auctioneer at our annual Auction and our resident Joke/Story teller. It goes without saying that he will be missed.
Rest in peace my Friend; Cheerio.
