In order to assist future onto chairmen, the onto chairman of each event is asked to submit a report outlining:
- if held other than at the GCCA, who did you contact to secure the facilities. Please include names and phone numbers.
- what arrangements were made for food. If food was brought in from outside the venue, where was it ordered from and did you receive any price deals. How many were in attendance and how much food did you order.
- if any equipment was required for the evening (dartss, horseshoes, projector, screen, etc), where did you get it from and if it belongs to the Club, where is it stored.what special costs were involved in the evening, how much, who were they paid to, and how.
- any other comments/recommendations that next years chairman should be aware of.
In other words, what did you do in planning your event.
